HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
After you place your order, there are some things that have to take place in our warehouses. As stated on the top, we speed things up like our life depends on it.
Shipping to USA: 14-28 business days.
International Customers: 14-35 business days.
Processing time: items will ship within 2-7 business days.
Of course, you will have a tracking code that you will get sent to your email, instantly upon purchasing. You will be able to see where your package is, at every step of the way. We got your back.
HOW ABOUT FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES?
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
As we can not predict what your charges will be, you might want to contact your local customs office and ask them about your country’s custom polocies.
We do not accept packages that are returned due to customs fee not paid, and money will not be refunded.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING OR GOT LOST?
Zooda will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during checkout was inaccurate or incomplete. That’s on you.
If your package got lost or stolen, first contact your local carrier to report the issue.
Once you have, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your open case number from the shipping carrier.
